With the PADI Advanced Freediver course you will go beyond. You will achieve new times in static apnea, new distances in dynamic apnea and new depths in the constant weight freediving. You will compete with yourself and prove that you can do it.
The PADI Advanced Freediver is designed to to improve and perfect your freediving skills. You will progress slowly. At the same time you will learn how your body responds in different situations..
To enroll into the PADI Advanced Freediver course, you must be at least 15 years old and have a PADI Freediver certification (or equivalent certification from another organization). It is recommended that you have completed appropriate first aid training (e.g. Emergency First Response) within the last 24 months.
During this course you will learn:
- advanced freediving techniques,
- stretching and relaxation techniques which will help you to improve static and dynamic apnea. Our goal is to achieve 2 minutes and 30 seconds of static apnea and 50 meters of dynamic apnea,
- how to increase your maximum depth in constant weight freediving. Our goal is to reach at 20 meters of depth,
- buddy rescue techniques.
