PADI Freediver
PADI Freediver is the first step in discovering why freediving is becoming more and more popular way to explore the world below the waves.
Freediving is about the inner strength, discipline and control. If you have always wanted to quietly enter the underwater world, on your own terms, staying as long as your breath allows, then freediving is the right answer.
To enroll in the PADI Freediver course, you must be at least 12 years old and have adequate swimming skills. No prior diving experience is required.
During the course you will learn:
- the theoretical basics of freediving,
- four diving techniques (static apnea, dynamic apnea, free immersion, constant weight diving)
- relaxation techniques and breath holding techniques.
Our goal is to achieve 90 seconds of static apnea, 25 meters of dynamic apnea and at least 10 meters of depth durung the constant weight freediving.
Children between 8 and 12 can enroll in the PADI Skin Diver course.
There are currently no open dates. Fill out the form and we’ll notify you as soon as a new date becomes available – or we can arrange a private course just for you.
